Processing time We carefully prepare and process your Teak House order within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your payment.

Delivery time Once your items have been dispatched, delivery takes 4 to 7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 5 to 9 business days from the moment you place your order.

Shipping costs We are pleased to offer completely free shipping on all orders delivered to the United States.

How we ship We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your home pieces safely. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Lost or delayed packages If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us. We will gladly make things right by either sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Sales tax, customs, and duties Prices do not include state or local sales taxes. If applicable, sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. For international orders outside the United States, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
