Return window
At Teak House, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, no questions asked.
EU cooling-off period (right of withdrawal)
If you are shopping from the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Our Teak House 30-day return window voluntarily extends this period for your convenience.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your Teak House order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at Support@Teakhouseco.com. After 12 hours, your order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled, but you are always welcome to return it once it arrives.
What condition must the item be in?
Your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Unfortunately, items that have been worn, used, or are missing their packaging cannot be accepted for a return.
Non-returnable items
The following Teak House items cannot be returned: personalized or custom-made products, sealed hygiene products where the seal has been broken, and gift cards.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Estimated return shipping is between 5-10 EUR, depending on your location and the carrier you choose. However, if your item arrived damaged or defective, we will happily cover the full return shipping cost.
Are there any restocking fees?
No. Teak House never charges any restocking fees.

My item arrived damaged, what now?
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to make things right.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return arrives back with us and our team has inspected it, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method you used at checkout. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3 to 5 business days for the funds to show up on your statement.
Partial refunds
In some situations we may grant a partial refund — for example, if an item comes back with minor signs of use or is missing its original packaging. We'll always reach out to you first before processing a partial refund, so there are no surprises.
